They are piling up…

She is still hard at work using the glue gun and popsicle sticks! What am I going to do with all of these? ![]()
Clay camp continued
February 24th, 2008

So after spending a day making stuff out of clay, we had to go spend over an hour painting it all! Whew…
I was quite surprised at how well all the pieces fired, I thought for sure some of them would end up exploding in the kiln from air bubble, but happily that did not happen.
Another success!
March 30th, 2007
Yet again this year art camp was a big success! Perhaps the only negative was that my youngest was just too grumpy when she saw all the art that she missed out on.
Happily enough, next year she will be able to go! The show was great, the artists were of course all so talented, and I loved seeing how proud they were of their creations!
Martha Moment
February 12th, 2007

Okay, it may not be up to Martha’s standards, but it certainly was great fun for my kids! My oldest is SOO addicted to Viva Pinata and she has started drawing all the characters. (Here is her latest drawing of a dragonache… yes I’m a little bit of a proud mom that she likes drawing.
) Anyway, I finally remember that you can buy stuff to run through your printer to make pictures into a t-shirt transfer and ta-dah! Viva Pinata t-shirt! It is always a good day when crafts have a happy ending, ’cause I can tell ya’ they don’t always… but happily everyone had fun on this project! Woohoo! Okay, I better go take some photos so I can give ya’ sneak peek of all the goodies that I have for tomorrow! ![]()
Who knew?!
January 31st, 2007

Who knew that a box of sugar cubes could provide an hour of entertainment! My shipping helper (okay, she did nothing but chat with me) did a great job this morning and I have all the boxes ready to mail! The feedback on the Valentine Heirloom bracelet was great. This makes me quite happy because I have lots of ideas in my mind for that style! Okay, heading out to the post office, have a great day! ![]()
