So it is that time of year when I think how cool it would be to have a beautiful flower garden on my patio. I see the sweet crocus flowers popping up and just that bit of color makes me smile… maybe this will be the year when I make it happen, who knows. At any rate I’m certainly into flowers of glass! I plan to have a bunch for my Tuesday update so stop by if you need some fun flowers. Okay, gotta run, I need to get a few more things done this afternoon before we head out to celebrate the “half birthday” of number two. Apparently in school if you have a summer birthday they announce your “half birthday” so no one is left out… works for me, I’ll take any excuse to eat out!

It has continued to rain all week… I think it is beginning to take its toll on my mind, I’m ready for the sun to return. It certainly makes bead making more pleasant in the cooler weather but rain in June for a week just seems wrong… Anyway, I have also been slowly but surely trying to fix my blog. Remember those photo woes I was having? Well they never got fixed so I need to manually correct each photo on my blog so that they work. That is the downside to free software, there are not always free fixes. Oh well… What can you do? It is kind of fun looking through some of the old pictures. Hope you had a great weekend!!

I tell ya’… I just don’t know where the days go! I have been making lots of glass goodies though. The cooler weather and light rain that we had yesterday was great for making beads… I’ll be back at 11:30 with new items in my store.

Soccer ends… softball begins. Woohoo!

After visiting two post offices today I think that I finally got it all figured out. Silly me… I didn’t think they changed EVERYTHING, but apparently they have. Now I know and I’m all set. Hope you have sunshine near you… it is a beautiful day here, I’ve just chased the wee ones outside and I might try to sneak a little glass melting this afternoon. Woohoo!

EEK! Where does the day go?! I tell ya’ I am just not used to the time change yet! Oh well… I am making lots of flowers for next week. I took a little break from them and now I seem to be hooked again. I am working on the tutorial to show how I make my fringe bracelets, really… the days just keep slipping away. Oh well, I think the sunshine just gets me doing other stuff outside instead of being hunched over my computer which I guess is good.

It seems so quiet with all the holiday hubbub over. Nice… but I’m not used to it yet…

My family left me to go off and play near the ocean and I have been enjoying the solitude. Okay, I had some friends over last night which was quite fun, but otherwise I have been finishing up this and that. Finally got my holiday card done (yikes!) and I am working on changes to my store. The inventory woes were just bugging me so I have decided to use another provider. I’m not sure if I will change the store over this week or next… Hopefully on your end most everything will still look the same… Although I have enhanced the payment options so that should make things easier for everyone! Of course you will still be able to find my store at www.dudamart.com. Anyway, I need to go check back on my garden in Viva Pinata and actually make some beads today! This doing nothing bit over the last few weeks has beeen wonderful. It might take me awhile to remember how to actually do something. Heehee…

Well… it is a personal thing I guess… I really feel that my store is a reflection of me and an artistic place. Somehow the reverberation of ebay crap amongst my pretty pictures just bugged me. So I’m gonna try this and see how it goes… I really like how it looks and I am so impressed with those pappashop folks, they have been very helpful. I have many more goodies to add to the store so stay tuned!!
