So you want to know how to place an order?

If you miss a set from my weekly update or you see a set in the store or in my gallery that you would like to order, here is how it works…

1.   Email me at info@dudamart.com or use this form below to send me an email. In the email please include either the name of the set that you would like or a link to the photo.   I’ll reply to confirm that I got your email and add you to my order list.

Please make sure that my email address - info@dudamart.com has been added to your address book or is not blocked by any spam blocker so that you will receive my reply. Of course replace the [at] with an @ symbol.

2.   It usually takes me about 7-10 days to finish an order.   When your order is complete I’ll put it in my Special Orders store category (over there on the bottom left) and I’ll email you that your order is finished.

3.   I know that email is not always reliable so please check back if you have not heard from me after 2 weeks. Either check the Special Orders category for your order or send me another email.

4.   Many beads, especially organic designs or boro beads, can not be exactly duplicated. If you are not satisfied with the remake after seeing the photo, just let me know, there is NEVER any obligation to purchase your order.

5.   Remember I am a single person operation, I do my best to complete your order in a timely fashion but sometimes life just happens, your patience is greatly appreciated.
