rockband fog machine
October 26th, 2008
OMG! Just what we all need, fog machines in our living room!
I don’t know, it might be a great way to spend Thanksgiving… heehee…
Are you thinking is she ever going to chat about beads again? I’ve been messing with some new ideas lately but I just can take pictures of them easily with my phone. Ha! I’ll get on it though and try to have some bead chat sometime soon.

Another success!
November 26th, 2007
We had another successful holiday weekend. I unfortunately got sick but I think everyone still had a nice holiday… I can’t believe it is already over. Time is just flyin’! I have to admit that we got another (yikes!) new game. Sort of on a whim DH and I ordered Rockband thinking it might show up for Christmas and apparently it showed up for Thanksgiving! We just couldn’t wait and we had to rip into it!
Now my girls and I are in a rock band together… it is big fun! I keep meaning to make a video, but instead I found someone else making a fool of themselves! Ha! My youngest and I fight over the drums… Anyway, I’m off to make beads, I’ll have lots of goodies for tomorrow!
My Sims
November 12th, 2007

The kids had a short day on Friday and of course they have today off so we got another game to try… and ummmm… we are a little addicted to it! Remember Animal Crossing? Well we found My Sims which is very simliar. We are all building our little towns and basically wasting lots of time… but our towns are happy! I will have beads tomorrow… I have been sneaking out to make a few beads during the kids turn and then I come back in for mine! Ha!
Shhh… don’t tell anyone!

My girls got a tamagotchi so I had to get one too!
What can I say, apparently I am totally a gadget junkie… But we are all having fun together, right?! Heehee…
Martha Moment
February 12th, 2007

Okay, it may not be up to Martha’s standards, but it certainly was great fun for my kids! My oldest is SOO addicted to Viva Pinata and she has started drawing all the characters. (Here is her latest drawing of a dragonache… yes I’m a little bit of a proud mom that she likes drawing.
) Anyway, I finally remember that you can buy stuff to run through your printer to make pictures into a t-shirt transfer and ta-dah! Viva Pinata t-shirt! It is always a good day when crafts have a happy ending, ’cause I can tell ya’ they don’t always… but happily everyone had fun on this project! Woohoo! Okay, I better go take some photos so I can give ya’ sneak peek of all the goodies that I have for tomorrow!
Car time.
January 10th, 2007

One takes piano, and then the other… so we are forced to amuse ourselves in the car. Really, it isn’t so bad except the lessons start at 3pm which I think must be the hardest part of the day for me (especially when my youngest woke me up at 2:30 last night… sigh…) I hope my girls still like piano when they are older. My theory on getting them to take it while they are young is first, they will, and second, their brains are like little sponges, so in an effort to have something other than TV in there, they take piano. Anyway, today, thank goodness for the little drawing program on the DS.
Hey, did you see, I’m plugging away on the store. You can now see the items that sold out, in case you didn’t stop by early yesterday. I’ll have more next week. Enjoy your evening!!
Animal Crossing… again!
October 4th, 2006

Of course life here gets SUPER busy and what do I do? Start playing Animal Crossing on my DS again. I tell ya’, it is a mom kinda game. I have this little town to nurture and take care of and I have to check in every day… What can I say, I find it amusing.
Not to mention something easy I can do while waiting at soccer practice… heehee…
