And lovin’ it! My family has gone to the Coast for the weekend so I can putter about in silence. I’m playing with some of the photos that I took in California. I want to make a gallery for those too… oh and catch up my YOJ gallery… oh and finish my book… oh and where does all the time go?! Sigh.

So I walked a trail at Mt. Pisgah today and I saw an iris which gave me an idea for some beads… I loved those lines on the petal… we’ll see how it works.

Here was the view from the top today… it was beautiful!

The sun is out and it just makes me and apparently the flowers happy! Oh… and I am quite happy that Christian won on Project Runway… I’m not sure his clothes were that much better than the others in the show but his comentary is just so darn funny! He is just so “fierce.”

It has continued to rain all week… I think it is beginning to take its toll on my mind, I’m ready for the sun to return. It certainly makes bead making more pleasant in the cooler weather but rain in June for a week just seems wrong… Anyway, I have also been slowly but surely trying to fix my blog. Remember those photo woes I was having? Well they never got fixed so I need to manually correct each photo on my blog so that they work. That is the downside to free software, there are not always free fixes. Oh well… What can you do? It is kind of fun looking through some of the old pictures. Hope you had a great weekend!!

I tell ya’… I just don’t know where the days go! I have been making lots of glass goodies though. The cooler weather and light rain that we had yesterday was great for making beads… I’ll be back at 11:30 with new items in my store.

I was busy today, I got on a roll with lots of smallbeads. I just think that they are so useful in making bracelets… Yes, I was making bracelets. I’ve also got some flowers and lots of other goodies that you won’t want to miss so check back tomorrow morning!

EEK! Where does the day go?! I tell ya’ I am just not used to the time change yet! Oh well… I am making lots of flowers for next week. I took a little break from them and now I seem to be hooked again. I am working on the tutorial to show how I make my fringe bracelets, really… the days just keep slipping away. Oh well, I think the sunshine just gets me doing other stuff outside instead of being hunched over my computer which I guess is good.

Okay, I’m a little happy to find out that I “think” it is my web host not me causing my blog woes! Yeah… or not I guess… hmmm… Maybe I need to shop around for a new host, who knows! Anyway, it was sunny today, it has been warm here and I feel spring is in the air! Not for long I’m sure, but still… woohoo!

Well… it is a personal thing I guess… I really feel that my store is a reflection of me and an artistic place. Somehow the reverberation of ebay crap amongst my pretty pictures just bugged me. So I’m gonna try this and see how it goes… I really like how it looks and I am so impressed with those pappashop folks, they have been very helpful. I have many more goodies to add to the store so stay tuned!!

Really, 97 is just outa control for Oregon in June!! Actually it is outa control for anytime here! Eeeek! I can’t make beads in this heat and I’m still up to my eyeballs in laundry from our trip to Sunriver so I think I’ll aim to have my first real update to the Mart next week.
